Current Information
"La Fontanella" is a building is formed of three tourist apartments (La Fontanella - Holiday Apartments) and a bike rental shop (Bike Rental Arco - La Fontanella) located on the ground floor.
The characteristic of the structure is the green colour that gives a touch of colour to via Vergolano.
Our customers also have the opportunity to book and rent an e-bike to enjoy the beauty and the landscape of Garda Trentino.

La Fontanella - Holiday Apartments is the perfect accommodation for any type of holiday: sport, adventure, tasting or relax vacation.
The apartments are located in Via Vergolano, in the historic center of Arco, a few minutes from the main square of the city, restaurants, cafés and many shops.
The historic building has been recently renovated keeping the imprint of the rustic in a modern key, but with all the comforts, with an eye to the environment thanks to renewable energy and a look for the waste reduction.
For our customers we provide a secured bike storage and free public parking place.
Arco and Alto Garda offer the opportunity to practice many sports such as climbing, trekking, mountain biking, nordic walking, windsurfing, sailing and canoeing thanks to a territory full of landscapes, trails, paths and lakes.

"La Fontanella - Holiday Apartments" is the perfect structure for any type of holiday, whether sports, adventurous, tasting or relaxing.
It has three apartments: Segantini with balcony, Castello and Sissi.
The apartments are located in via Vergolano, in the historic centre of Arco, a few steps from the main square of the city. In the surroundings you can find famous bars and restaurants, bakery, pharmacy, supermarkets, ice cream shop, tobacconists and various shops especially with sporting goods.
Inside each apartment, the furniture is completely new and provides bed linen, blankets, towels and a welcome kit.
The kitchenette is well stocked with pots, cutlery, coffee machine with coffee-pods, kettle with tea bags, dishwasher, microwave and everything you need.
The air conditioning is in all rooms and in each apartment, there is the possibility to use the washing machine, the iron and the hair dryer.
